I lost my cap, which was from the Rowan University Class-Off, when Martha and I were hiking in Red Rock Canyon in Las Vegas area, so I picked up the LDRS-42 cap as well. I got the sticker and patch too.

Site says we'll get a sticker when we check in, but I got the hat too, plus a pin. And some lottery tickets.

The last LDRS I attended didn't have all of these tchotchkes.  I got two T-shirts from that LDRS, one short sleeve and one long sleeve. That was OK because I had more money to spend with the on-site vendors. I met Mike Crupe (Mac Performance Rocketry — MPR) as he was setup just across from where we parked. I bought the MPR Bolt from him at that LDRS. A beautiful sleek rocket which, sadly, went missing at a BARC launch. I will need to buy another one of these days.

Kits I don't need, but that is nice looking. What I need now are I and J engines. I have a few other things on order from Wildman, but they won't come in until February or March. I might as well push him back to Red Glare delivery and save the shipping, but I kinda want them in hand to test fit and balance a few rockets before I get down there. I don't know.

What motors did you order? I may have some you can use for fit and balance.

Mostly ordered some G's and H's, which won't be too big a deal. But I did order a J244 CTI for the L2. Once I get that, I'll "need" a couple more J's. I may also want a few I's either for RG or LDRS. (For those heavy LI Joe rockets)

I guess I can just add some weighted bags into a casing and use that. Nothing beats the real thing though.

Do you have a 54mm CTI casing? If so, find or make a tube that'll fit inside it. You'll need to device some way to cap off each end too. Then, fill it with sand or, my favorite weighting material, aquarium gravel to the appropriate weight for the reload. Weights are on the Thrustcurve website or Cesaroni's.
