Only 3 reviews, all 5 star. One of them had a written comment which was good as well.

One concern, there may be extra charges for extra people. It would still be a good deal.

OK, new plan.

Party (all of them) moved to Charlie's house.
Ken is moving into Charlie's bathroom.
Breakfast each morning at "Charlie's Diner".
There's a fire pit. We'll still bring the s'mores.

This is getting complicated. Waffles, bacon, and pancakes??? I won't be able to remember this in 11 months. Better wait until April to do the complete planning.
