The LOC-IV looks like a nice rocket. I've looked at it myself.

I don't know what a "Salvage One Vulture" is, but it sounds interesting. And a good size. Maybe you want to consider a 29mm motor tube? Can always adapter it down, but you can't always go the other way. I look forward to seeing it.

If those 6 thrusters on the forward are modeled as open tubes, it shouldn't see too much additional drag.
