Team CENJARS charity walk

Team CENJARS participated in the Asbury park George Sheehan memorial 5k charity race on August 8. Between Charlie and Neil, an idea was to also drag Neil’s large scale Saturn V for the 3 Mile walk… Charlie took the challenge to design and build a cart which would safely hold the rocket upright. It was a hot day but it started early morning. The team finished under 1 hr, and placed 2nd in teams! Pixs and video posted in the

a portion of the proceeds benefit the boys and girls club of Monmouth county.

Beautiful job. Obviously the Finish line bridge height was not specified to the design team. We must learn to Expect problems even when we think the design is perfect.

Thanks to Charlie, Neil and all the crew for representing the club and supporting a worthy cause.
