I believe this is the same event that you and I attended down south a couple of years ago. It was well attended by Scout leaders and other exhibiting organizations. The problem is that there was no time in the schedule of events for the attendees to visit with the exhibitors. We were all set up in the halls, but just spent the day talking with each other. I think maybe 3 scout leaders had quick chats with us and they had to go. So unless we know that they have set aside real time, not just shared time during their lunch break, I don't think it would be worthwhile for us.
However, if we do decide to attend, at least the location is much better/closer.
Yes, we should go. Eric made some good points that should be addressed.
They need to better editing. The date is Saturday 12/6/2025. Probably only 2 or maybe 3 people for staffing our booth. Long day.
OK. I will reply and express our concerns WRT the scheduling.
