IIRC from last year's Arbor School launch, we all arrived about 8:00 and setup.  Setup didn't take too long.  By the time we were setup, the teacher and school security officer brought the kids out to fly.

If you want definitive answers, take whatever Joe says as the final word as it is he who has been working with these school kids

It's tough to read some of them and make sense of what they were trying to say, but, notwithstanding, they are really great gratitudes!  That a fabulous way to conclude the Gallery album.
