Possible extra launch scrubbed!

I had contemplated holding a second launch this month, mainly for the benefit of the ARC teams, because I had secured the complex for our use on both March 9ᵗʰ and March 16ᵗʰ. The present forecast for Sunday is calling for high winds from the south at 20MPH. If you thought this past Sunday's launch was windy, this coming Sunday would be even windier! Due to these high winds from the south, even if we launched from the southern most edge of the upper soccer/baseball fields, I fear that many rockets would drift across 18ᵗʰ Avenue and possible into the ponds on that property. Probability of successful recovery from those ponds is extremely low!
Therefore, there will NOT be a launch on Sunday March 16ᵗʰ!
