I. OFFICERS REPORTS
a. Treasurer - Tom Brieva
i. Per spreadsheet maintained on Board’s Google Drive:
Revenue received (from memberships) - $956.00
Expenses (Launch equipment and Wall Kid’s Day) - $177.06
Balance - $3526.09
b. Secretary/Membership Officer – Eric Becher
i. Membership
1 Paid memberships at various levels are at 48, down from 51 in 2024. This is likely due to bad weather in the first few months of the year.
2 You may renew for 2026 starting in December. Forms online and available at launches. Payment mailed to Treasurer or handed in at launches.
ii. Launch Data
1 Launch data will be updated after December’s launch and posted.
2 Data shows a low number of flights in the first few months due to poor weather on launch days. Since June however, the average has been higher than previous years.
c. President – Brian Schenkenberger
i. Welcomed all and conducted nomination and election of officers.
ii. Wall Christmas Tree lighting event is in December. All encouraged to attend.
II. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
i. Introduction of current officers – all are willing to continue to serve
ii. Nomination of any other candidates to fill positions – none
iii. Show of hands approving current officers continuing – many hands up (30 or more)
iv. Opposed - none
III. CLOSING COMMENTS
a. Thanks once again to all officers:
i. President Brian for conducting Club business with NAR and schools, answering emails, and maintaining website.
ii. Eric for launch reports and launch statistics.
iii. Tom for maintaining treasury.
iv. Jim for helping at launches
v. Charlie for helping to maintain equipment.
