May 2024 Scheduled Launch

Greeting CENJARS,
Time again for our monthly launch. I recently re-applied for use of the Wall Athletic Complex for out launches and received their OK; however, while we have the School District's blessings, Mother Nature has some reservations. The weather forecasts for Cinco de Mayo are mixed and confusing, but mostly they say Stinko de Rain0. Winds have also been forecast to be relatively high and from the east which would push recoveries toward the homes on the western side of the complex.
Therefore, tomorrow's launch is being scrubbed/canceled. I will be contacting the school for alternate use dates and I will update the launch calendar as soon as possible.
