Chris Oliver achieved his NAR L1 certification at Red Glare on Saturday. His first flight separated because he extended his kevlar harness with a piece of Estes shock cord elastic and it wasn't the stuff with the cloth covering either. Live and learn! However, he launched a second rocket and successfully certified!
