CENJARS January 2019 launch report

CENJARS January 2019 Launch Report

Happy New Year! Although we had a blustery day for launching rockets, we persevered and had a great turn out with guests joining us from Central Regional High School’s rocketry club. Most kept to low powered rockets due to the unpredictable winds, but a few higher powered launches excited the crowd, including a very loud G106 motor. Aside from the winds, the weather was great for January and we had 46 launches with 48 motors. Launch totals were as follows:

20 – A motors
11 – B motors
7 – C motors
5 – D motors
3 – E motors
1 – F motors
1 – G motor

Upcoming Events:
February 22- 24, 2019
AMA Expo East, Secaucus, NJ – Contact Charlie for more info and to volunteer for a few hours
July 20, 2019 (Rain-date July 21st)
CENJARS 50th Anniversary Celebration of Apollo 11 Landing – Contact Charlie to help plan this community event; Planning needs to start NOW!

And remember to join us on Feb. 3rd for our next club launch day!
